Many new features and bug fixes, as described in the change log.  Affects web interface, SCC-API plug-in and command line interface.

Please send comments and new feature requests.  PowerVCS has proven to be a very reliable, and affordable source control solution with very low administrative overhead.

Browser - 1.3.0.0 You can select Label->Rename under the Project menu.  This only affects the name of the label, not any history.

Using the Command Line Interface to get objects by label would fail.  No files wold be retrieved.

If user preferences in PowerVCS set to show dates in local time zones, then the history display through the SCC-API will show local times.  Local time zone is determined automatically by querying the client machine and sending to the server when history is requested.
